Versatile fullbacks/H-Backs are absolute weapons if you can find/develop them, in any offense

I could careless about an actual fullback, just seem to love his philosophy.

Same thing with the huddle. I could careless if we huddled or ran a hurry-up. But his philosophy on why he wants to huddle I love. I was fine with the Satterfield hire before, but he won me over pretty strongly with his press conference.
