Game Thread Nebraska v Wisconsin [NBC- 6:30pm CT]

FB wasn't supposed to block the option guy. He's out there to block someone downfield. Chubba needs to make the defender make a decision.
He needed to cut that one up field. I’ll cut him a lot of slack. That was one of the best QB games we’ve had all year. This one is on the defense, play calling and Brian MAGA Buschini

I know I'm in my feelings right now but I just feel like I need to say this: Rhule disgusted me with his clock management on the last regulation drive by playing not to lose instead of calling his timeouts and getting more shots at a td. I don't think there are many coaches in America who wouldn't call their 1st of 3 timeouts with 40 seconds left in the 4th, but Rhule was so scared of the possibility of trusting our defense and giving the ball back to a mediocre Wisconsin that he wasted 20 seconds and we didn't get any real opportunity at going for a td as a result.

We at least looked semi competent at QB.

Sadly my comments in another thread about not seeing false starts and dumb penalties bit us. This loss is on me. That’s my bad.

Honestly question? Could Rhule lose the team if he keeps Satt this offseason?
Of Course Yes GIF by PragerU

Think he was scared to give our offense another shot at turning it over. Would prefer he plays that more aggressively but can't say I blame him.

They needed to preserve more time to get a TD, but I was totally on board with making it the last possession of regulation. Not that I don't think our defense could stop Wisconsin, I'd just rather have left minimal time.

They went way too far with the clock management letting too much time run off to play for OT on the road with a QB making his 1st start for us.

Ultimately though you scored 3 points after your 1st two possessions and 17 total. That isn't going to be good enough basically every time out
