Not a rant/venting. All of that is factually true. For the past several years there is not a single team that doesn't look at the schedule and look at us as a win. And there'll be 12 more teams counting the win next year.

Matt Rhule's hires have largely been terrible.

Satterfield- He sucks. Has never coordinated a good offense. Not a good recruiter.
Thomas- Ehh. Hard to say if he's to blame for Dylan looking worse each week or Satt.
Barthel- Zero Power 4 experience. RBs have been very disappointing. Rotation makes no sense. Not many recruiting wins.
McGuire-Zero Power 4 experience. WRs have looked horrible all year. Not running routes hard, blocking has been putrid.
Donovan Raiola- OL has not been good. No consistent push in the run game. Foolish penalties even by the veterans.
Ed Foley- Literally what the fuck does he do? Special teams have been a disaster.
Tony White- I'll give Rhule this one. White puts together a good defense. Good, not great. Good enough to get the team to a bowl.
Dvoracek-Zero Power 4 experience. LBs have been meh.
Knighton- DL has been solid. Pass rush is somewhat lacking, but this has actually been a good hire.
Cooper/Butler- DBs have been bad at tackling. The fact that we have guys like Gifford as our best option is pretty telling.
