I’ll tell you what though., when this team hits on all cylinders, it’s a fun team to root for. I really like the unselfishness this team shows.

NW finished 3rd in the Big10 last yr. No one else has really risen this season
I’d say it’s still probably between Fred & Collins unless Minnesota finishes extremely hot

I agree. NU was picked 12th in the preseason. NU still has a legitimate shot at the double bye in the B1G tournament.

I think based on where we were picked preseason, that it is warrented.

Honestly of the committee’s 1&2 seeds the only I wouldn’t want to see is UCONN
I think we could beat any of the others (& wouldn’t be matched against Purdue 2nd round)
If Alabama or Auburn would move up, I’d want no part of them either.
The currrnt seedings as of today, we could beat any of these
Purdue (won’t see)
UConn (toughest matchup/want no part of)
Arizona (meh/pac12 sucks)
Houston (Big12 over rated/play most games in the 60s)
Tennessee (Rick Barnes chokes in March)
NC (meh)
Kansas (lol/not very good)
Marquette (tough matchup but beatable)

Alabama/Auburn likely are 2s if/when Tennessee falters

We can advance to the 2nd week, if seeded 8,9,10

I’d prefer 5-7 tho. (Win out regular season & we rise to this range).

Houston would murder this team with their ball pressure and our lack of PG. ISU wouldn’t be an ideal matchup either.

Houston would anally punish Nebraska into another dimension. Their entire thing is offensive rebounding and swarming/pressure defense. I am a UConn grad/fan and watch a good amount of college hoops- UH may be the worst matchup for Nebraska in the entire tournament, including UConn
