DR’s lack of mobility needs to be offset with way better talent at OL and RB. RB room is very poor.

Wild how Barfthel still has a job here. Yes, I know some of the problem is that we're a relatively "poor" progrum and didn't have the $ to pay more RBs, but his room has been ass since he got here.

If we could get better line play I would say give me Lateef but they would probably end up hiring the assistant to the assistant OL coach from some NFL team and somehow end up worse with no Dylan.

Donnie is in year 4 and his best developmental player so far has been Benhart who didn't even get a sniff from the NFL teams. So he needs to figure it out or they need to find someone better.
