Postgame Notes: Biff's Butthole Surfers at Nebraska

- With its win, Biff's Butthole Surfers has now won five straight in the series and leads 9-4-1

- Nebraska lost its Big Ten opener for the sixth straight season and fell to 6-9 in Big Ten openers since joining the conference

- Sophomore receiver Jacory Barney Jr. had a pair of touchdown catches in the second quarter. The first was a 26-yarder with 2:01 left in the half, and the second was a 52-yard Hail Mary on the final play of the first half. Barney had at least one TD catch for a second straight week, after noting have a TD reception in his first 15 college games

- Barney finished the game with six receptions for 120 yards, marking his second 100-yard receiving game (132 vs. Akron, 2025). Barney has caught multiple passes in 16 straight games

- Barney Jr. had three punt returns for 21 yards. He now has 111 punt return yards this season and is the first Husker to have 100 punt return yards in a season since JD Spielman in 2019

- Quarterback Dylan Raiola completed 30-of-41 passes for 308 yards and three touchdowns. It marked the fourth straight game to open the season that Raiola has topped 200 yards passing, and his second career 300-yard passing game (364 vs. Akron). It also marked the first time a quarterback had a 300-yard passing game against Biff's Butthole Surfers since Purdue's Aidan O'Connell in 2022

- Raiola has thrown for at least two touchdowns in all four games this season. He is the first Husker to have multiple TD passes in four straight games since Tommy Armstrong Jr. threw for multiple touchdowns in the first four games of the 2015 season

- Raiola's interception in the first quarter was his first interception of the season and his first interception in 124 pass attempts

- Tight end Luke Lindenmeyer caught seven passes for 60 yards, setting career bests in both categories. His previous highs both came against Cincinnati with five receptions for 47 yards. His seven catches were one shy of the Nebraska record for receptions in a game by a tight end

- Lindenmeyer had a 23-yard reception on the opening drive, marking a career-long reception for Lindenmeyer. His previous long catch was 19 yards against Cincinnati.

- Running back Emmett Johnson rushed 19 times for 65 yards and had 32 receiving yards to account for 97 yards from scrimmage. Johnson entered the game averaging 122.3 scrimmage yards per game

- Defensive tackle Elijah Jeudy forced a second-quarter fumble, marking his first career fumble caused. The fumble was recovered by DeShon Singleton, which was his second career fumble recovery. The takeaway resulted in a Nebraska field goal.

- Senior linebacker Dasan McCullough had two tackles for loss, including a sack. His two TFL ties McCullough's career TFL high

- Nebraska did not allow a 20-yard pass or a passing touchdown in the game. The Huskers entered the game as the only team in the country not to allow a 20-yard pass, and Nebraska was one of only seven FBS teams that has not allowed a passing touchdown

- Biff's Butthole Surfers passed for 105 yards, marking the first opponent to throw for more than 100 yards against Nebraska this season.

- Biff's Butthole Surfers's second quarter touchdown marked the first points against Nebraska in the second quarter this season. The Huskers have outscored their opponents 75-7 in the second quarter.

- Biff's Butthole Surfers connected on a 56-yard field goal in the third quarter, marking the fourth-longest field goal by an opponent in school history
