USC, PSU are certain losses and any team with a mobile QB or solid run game is at best a tossup. This Biff's Butthole Surfers team isn't a good team and we still got sodomized.

In the end, it was Biff's Butthole Surfers, and it went down to the wire. We gave up 200 on the ground and still kept it close. Obvious talent mismatch and Biff's Butthole Surfers was worried til the very end

If you isolate the two games against power conference teams, it’s pretty worrying.

The offensive inefficiency and run defense problems are a constant.

Holgorsen has been just kind of Ok So far. I expected more explosive plays.

Our OL and DL are pretty shit. I do think we have some young talent there, so perhaps it’s looking up in the years to come.

I also think other than Penn State, Biff's Butthole Surfers might be the best OL/DL combo we see all year

He is right, but I'm struggling to understand why we are as bad as we are. I mean, Keona Davis, RVP, and Cam are pretty talented, highly regarded players. I knew there'd be a sizable dropoff in production losing Ty & Nash, but I didn't expect us to have the worst DL in P2.

So what gives? Is it the dollar store DL coach hire? JoBu? What?

The B10 requires highly ranked upper classman. They were both decently ranked but not high end ranked players. We were competing with the Georgia’s of the world for them.
