Oddsmakers must be weighing Nebraska's road struggles/Gary absence heavily. We are better in damn near every statistical category. If we can get a hand up on their horrible 3pt shooting and rebound defensively....gotta think the boys have a great chance to get their first conf road win.

Tominaga playing time will be interesting to watch. His defensive liability had him riding the bench while protecting a lead all 2nd half last game. He needs to get it going early at a high efficiency or I think Fred limits him again.

These next four games are brutal, with three of them on the road. The lone home game is against Wisconsin. If NU can somehow get a split and go 2-2, the rest of the schedule sets up pretty nicely.

To go 2-2 will obviously require at least one road win and maybe two. Winning on the road in CBB, especially this year, has proved to be damn difficult for just about every team.

Maryland also leads the nation in close losses. They are better than what their record indicates.
