Do they do these closer to the season correct? So it should tell you what Bolt thinks about this team if they are scheduling a tougher non-con to try and build up that RPI.....correct?

I think Bolt basically saw what having a really shitty RPI did to his post season draw last year and decided to beef it up a bit.
