Yeah Mandel isn’t wrong. It’s ridiculous that his team cheated and he still can’t make a bowl. But Mandel is one of the reasons I cancelled my Athletic subscription. He was one of those media guys that basically hoped someone would get sick so he could say “I told you football was a bad idea during a pandemic!”

Then of course once it was realized that millions wouldn’t die because of football there was zero mea culpa

Haha...the Joke is on the NCAA because we've been punishing ourselves for years now.

No coaching for a few days? We haven't been coaching for decades already...... LoL.

And now less than two weeks later the NCAA is proposing to do away with the rule that Frost 'violated'.

Personnel limitations: This change would eliminate the limit on the number of coaches who may be employed by an institution, and it may or may not be paired with a concept to eliminate all personnel designations (volunteer coach, grad assistant, analyst, etc.). Schools could pay for as many full-time assistant coaches as they can afford. And little things like who is or isn’t allowed to wear a headset during games wouldn’t matter anymore.
