At the end of the day, the NCAA is already into their investigation and they have no tapes.

The tapes are the whole case, in my opinion. No current players are going to rat anyone out. No current employee or staff member will. And if the ncaa sets the precedent that former staff members or employees’ word mean anything they need to burn their building down now.

The best part is… there’s no way for them to make us give them anything. They’re as powerful as an elementary school guidance counselor. If you wanna talk, they’ll listen and advise. If you don’t, they can ask you if you wanna talk and we’ll tell them “I’d rather go to recess now” and there’s nothing they can do about it.

Fuck ‘um.

We got pinched and we’ll beat these charges like Gotti.

I used to mess around in class enough to get stuck inside during recess with the girl I had a crush on. Her name was Terri and we'd constantly get in trouble together.

I've said it once and will say it again. Another school does something like this, and we laugh and say nothing will happen - and it doesn't. We're accused of something like this, and people go full on stupid.

Nobody is getting fired for an NCAA investigation into what amounts to a speeding ticket.

The average NCAA investigation is 18 months long. So I look forward to hearing the conclusion of this investigation in the early part of 2023.
