Mo Ibrahim likely done for the year

IZ OZ
RPO Glance/Slant when you go 1 high and play off
2 verts with max pro off PA when you go 1 high and press coverage

That is basically what? 80? 90% of his playbook?
Maybe I'm an idiot, but it seems like football is a game where if you do like 5 things well and are capable of disguising them, you're 85% of the way to being a competitive team on offense

It's fine when you have 2 top 3 round receivers and Ibrahim. Less effective without that talent.

Looked like they actually were showing a few more wrinkles tonight. Don't know that I saw that counter stuff from them previously.

I loved watching him run the ball. Terrific college running back, and the Gophers were "in the game" last night with him carrying the rock. They gave up waaaaaay too many big plays to beat tOSU, but he made it competitive. When his replacement kind of stopped on a carry around the right side and got stoned by a Buckeye defender, I knew they were toast.

Best of luck with his recovery ... in the pros. I don't want to see him again (cough, cough ... medical redshirt ... cough).

They will still beat us by 40 if we are being honest.
They likely will. Still, the stats make the game a little misleading

Minnesota held the ball for 17 minutes more than OSU and ran 27 more plays.

Ohio State only ran a total of 48 offensive play, and averaged 10.3 yards per play.

That's not how it works.

We will lead the entire game and then they will win by 8 points or less because we did something stupid that never happens in college football games. The Nebraska Way.
This ^^
