They then went to their next highly rated target (Minchey) and essentially gave him a blank check to sign with UK.


Which is odd because is was told on here that Minchey would never be better than a career backup.

I guess I don’t understand why you’d commit in the first place then. Obviously the money could’ve come last minute but I find it somewhat hard to believe Kentucky outbid us. We need a top tier qb and I don’t see us doing better.
