It depends. It might not matter either were hired if we win 5-6 games. A new staff is likely coming in. If Turd and Mickey have a deal where he stays under the next coach Mickey will be more important trying to keep recruits.

We needed those two to clean up our recruiting operation

They need to put 90% of their effort into recruiting OL and DL. We’ll suck dick until we start turning out multiple 1st, 2nd & 3rd teamers every year. Those big uglies make mediocre skill player into all-B1G performers.

We need someone who can develop the line talent too especially on the offensive line. A lot of the guys Austin recruited had good offer lists but they suck for whatever reason.
