I kind of love how straight and to the point he is. No fluff, calling a spade a spade. He is preaching the team mentality and living by it.
He just has the personality of someone that will win. He kind of reminds me of Saban in the press conference style. That can only translate into players running through walks together for you.
If there is continued drastic improvement this year and we strike out on the home run hire guys I saw roll with him and let’s build the culture correctly and see where we are in 2 years. Maybe there will be better talent available at that time.
