I think Graham Harrell is the new OC. I think that they are waiting for the end of USC's season (they have a meaningless gave vs Cal this weekend that was cancelled because of Covid). Then they will announce him and possibly the rest of the staff on Sunday or Monday.

IF Sean Snyder is the STC, this would apply for him as well as he is finishing up a season at USC too.

Assuming Lincoln Riley is "LR" and Graham Harrell is "GR" (why didn't you just type out their names)...I have no answer for that. Riley coached WR at Tech when Harrell played there so they definitely know each other. But they've never coached together.
