They have the top of their fence facing the opposite way like the ones around the little electric power supply places. It's meant to keep people out, but not keep people in. The wire at top faces outward instead of inward. People abscond from the work releases facilities in Lincoln and Omaha all the time. WEC is a little more rare. They are the ones usually waiting for bed at a work release facility or a lower sentence structure that needs to complete certain programming before they are eligible for work release.

The last couple if times we've went to Colorado, we've taken highway 34 through McCook all the way to get off the interstate. It's an enjoyable drive for me, seeing the countryside and we stopped at Sehnert's the first time through and we were impressed. We stopped after the name change the second time through and it was visibly different and not as good. It's sad to see because these type of institutions in these small towns leave a massive hole that can't be filled.
