Mayweather vs Paul

I don't know about "real" - it was an exhibition. Paul was happy to get through the 8 rounds, Mayweather was there for the $.

There was a massive gap in age, size and height between the two. I actually thought Paul did well for a guy with basically no experience. He was too big for Mayweather to get his shots off on. Mayweather was there for the payday, but he was 50lbs lighter, 6 inches shorter and 18 years older than Paul. He's still quick, slippery and a top notch boxing technician though, even at 44 yrs old.

Would never pay to watch it in a million years, but there are easy ways to watch most any sporting even in high quality for free anymore. I think the only PPV I have ever dished out for was Husker games back when they were stupid PPV. Thank god those days are over, although we were a better team at the time, so I'd trade a few bucks per game if it meant we could start winning 9 games a year again.

Yea it was two guys sparring. Logan Paul didn’t have the stamina to actually go 8 rounds & was allowed to clinch for as long as possible, it was like watching 2 guys in the UFC grapple.

I’ll say about the size advantage, doesn’t mean squat when one of the best defensive fighters of all-time can easily read him telegraph punches. Floyd could have countered like he has with the best & never once did he go to the Philly shell, just turtle shelled, covering his head like he was overwhelmed by a slower amateur.

Yup, agree that Floyd held a ton back. The bigger guy was making it a grappling contest. They were both there for the money. Probably had a gentlemen's agreement on the outcome when signing the papers for the contract. They both got paid, especially Mayweather, as he always does.
