I know the Penn St reporter said that he doesn't think Dae'vonn is super high on their board, but they are one of the schools reaching out to him daily. That being said, he is a pretty low-key kid. He takes a lot of pride in the offers, but doesn't like the constant attention.

my guess is that every AC has 10-15 guys they reach out to daily, so that doesn't signify by itself that you are one of the top targets.

If he was a top target they'd be scheduling an OV about now; that would be the evidence you'd be looking for

next time your talking to the Hall’s ask them if PSU, or anyone is pressuring him to commit. If PSU isn’t pressuring him at all that’s telling to me. I could see a low pressure recruitment being preferred based on how you describe them but it could also indicate where he is on the respective schools boards.
