Nah, when I said next step I mean.... Go from depth practice guy to being reliable 2 deep guys who aren't liabilities and are serviceable.

Use Ty, Mathis, Nelson etc... to be your playmakers.

both players are impressive in front of the camera and with the media. Love the maturity & Leadership Skills they are showing. Hopefully that leadership also translates into the Locker Room and onto the field as that should help with success on the field.
