Hope medicine can get Tiger into one more big time major before it’s all said and done for him

Since Liv guys only play three rounds.
 
He can’t physically walk this much in 4 days.
And he’ll never apply for a cart exception. Tigers done.
Think it was a commentator on Twitter that said he would be in contention immediately if he were able to ride in a cart

I do not believe you can even get a medical exemption for a cart on the PGA Tour. The Champions Tour, I believe, allows them.

This all goes back to when Casey Martin applied for the exemption and the players (including Tiger) voted against allowing him the use of a cart. Casey still had a limited career on the Tour and qualified for the US Open in 2012. His leg has since been amputated, but he is still the golf coach at Oregon.

I doubt Tiger would take one regardless, but that decision really biting him in the ass there.

Which makes sense. If you can’t physically compete on a level playing field then it’s time to give up the sport.

Not implying that you’re saying differently, just saying that no exemptions makes sense in the context of sports.
