Could you win the Masters if you started 100 yards out on every hole? Everything else is normal, you're playing in the Masters, on TV, the fans are there. You're grouped up with pros, etc.

I think it would be different on if I was given putts within a certain distance. Either way though, I’m fucked

This is what majors are now? I agree Liv vs PGA Ryder cup would be much more interesting than the next Ryder cup will be since the euros will be without a lot of guys. And presidents cups are always boring.

The Masters website has the best coverage imo. They've got multiple feeds, no commercials, completely free.

I got to go to a practice round this year and the thing that stood out was the length of the course. from the tournament tees I'd be fighting to break 100 (I'm about a 5 handicap)

any golfer with a decent short game would have a pretty easy time if they got to tee off from 100 yards out. imo, it's a better hypothetical if you say you're hitting your drives to 100 yards out on all the par 4s (or 2nd shots on par 5s)

I’d respectfully disagree with that. Doubt you’d break par under the circumstances above. 80 might even be a stretch.
