It's a little convoluted when it comes to withdrawals, because it depends on how many rounds they completed before withdrawing. But missing the cut gives to a round 3 and 4 score of whatever the cutoff line is +8. For example, if the cutoff line is 0, anyone who doesn't make the cut gets a 76 for both round 3 and 4.
