Lane Train To Miami?

I know Cristobal is a Miami guy, his brother lives down there. But I think he'd be too conservative for Miami. The thing about Miami is they don't have a ton of money like Oregon or these SEC/Big 10 schools. I'm sure they can pay Lane a lot but I don't know if they have the cash to keep up in the facilities/staff department.

Hell they haven't even fired their coach yet. Are they going to fire their coach and hire a new coach before they hire a new AD? That doesn't make sense.

Even with that..they can’t match the finances of Oregon or SEC schools.

Also Miami has a big problem with ex early 2000s players and 90s players who have too many vocal opinions about how the team should be ran. It’s even worse than Nebraska…and that’s saying something.

Even still, the recruiting is so easy down there. They really benefitted from COVID. In 2020 a lot of those kids could t go visit elsewhere so they just stuck with the hometown team.

Totally agree with you on the former players opinions. When they showed Ed Reed as the "Chief of Staff" during FSU game I was thinking to myself they can't get out of their own way either!

Seems like the perfect match. His flashy personality would be welcomed there, not questioned. His Penis could wander around and not draw nearly as much attention. If Miami hired Lane I think they would be a regular in the Top 10. So much talent within driving or boating distance and much easier conference than the SEC.

That would be a scary hire if Miami pulled it off. Kiffin seems like the perfect personality to bring their old swagger back.

Wasn’t there a segment on ESPN where they had all of those guys on couches talking about stuff?
