Well i guarantee you they weren’t using a varsity size ball back then. Even JH uses a smaller one

That is true. His arm was as good as the other qb an 8th grader at the time that now pitches for Skutt. I think it's crazy he got an offer but I think his arm strength is ok. Not great but ok.
