Next years haul looks more promising. Mav Noonan, Gottula, and brahmer with offers already. I’d say we have a better than decent chance with all 3. Any others im missing?

You got some guy on RSS who has made clear that Noonan dreams of tOSU, and if he gets that offer, then he's gone. I don't know how accurate that is, but it's certainly very plausible that someone who is intimately familiar with the kid would be on RSS. I suppose if that's the case, I'd be fine if Noonan were just shy of tOSU-caliber in terms of an offer.

Top Omaha recruits have zero interest in the program...that's a problem. Clearly there is a disconnect. If this would of happened with any other coach in the past 15 years fans would be irate. But it's the old QB so it's cool.

I mean I personally don't care but that's just me. I'd give my left nut to don the N on my helmet. If someone else doesn't want to, that's their issue.

My understanding is Clester and Ducker have definitely "poisoned the well" at Bellevue West. I would be very surprised if we get any BW kid to commit as long as Frost is here.

I understand what this means but like what are they saying? "Yeah I went here but Nebraska blows so stay away" or "my kids didn't get offered so they suck and can't get you to the pros".

You get people that are very influential in the lives of kids, as a mentor, trainer, family friend, etc...and if the kid hasn't been through the recruiting process before, they lean on the these people. "Clester, you've had several sons go through this process...and you played at Nebraska for TO...what do you think about this?" or "If you have questions about the recruiting process, call Clester." And then it spreads because parents and kids talk...next thing you know, Clester is an authority that is advising every kid at Bellevue West.
