That's crazy. My daughter was a 10M platform diver for Purdue. You're going 40mph when you hit the water. At Big Tens one year I saw a girl hit chest first and then had to rush her to the hospital. Completely separated her rib cage into two pieces at the sternum.

that was the apparent biggest competitor for him. Next on the list after that is Florida, they have two DL in their class and have won a recruiting battle with Texas for this guy - he is supposed to commit to them tomorrow I believe



A similar body type to Sone, and he is actually ranked above Sone in the On3 DL ratings (Sone is 14th)

Shit I went with my little brothers to the public pool last summer and tried to do a double front flip off the normal diving board. Didn’t realize I’m getting old and fat until my back hit the water and I wanted to die 😂

To Mansell's point - we have been saving up our "DL budget" for one guy, and have a class of only 12 or so. If this is a compensation battle, it's hard to see anyone else being able to pony up more than Nebraska. Not that we will overspend, but if everyone follows the new rules we will have a great package to offer, including being the only DL in the class. It's not like a great DL won't get noticed at Nebraska (e.g., Suh)

The Florida board publisher says he thinks Florida is tired of dealing with Sone.

Really, if Sone is focused on the NFL, this is a great place where he can stand out early and get great coaching with the best fitness technology

As others schools drop out does that lower the price tag on him? I honestly don’t care about the money portion but just curious.

It also can't hurt that we got Mpouma. True, Sone wasn't born there, he was born in Sweden, but his parents immigrated to Sweden from Cameroon
