Spent some time today with Jim Leonhard’s dad in Arizona. He is not a Badger fan any longer. He is not happy at all how his son was screwed over by UW. Anyone who says Jim is ok with the way things went down is wrong.
That being said, Jim has little interest in returning to college game at this point with NIL in its current state (My thoughts are NIL is so good for NU and hurts schools like UW).
Jim is happy in NFL with Broncos. A lot of people talked to him after UW hired Luke, but his dad doesn’t think that Rhule ever reached out to him about DC position, which seems contrary to what had been reported in some Husker circles. His dad, Don, is a very good dude.
