Not sure why Mongo wouldn't just put in a crystal ball with 60% certainty like he does for all the other croots/transfers he hears are going to sign.

Will be a huge addition, once it's official. I know it's been discussed, but Pitt was expecting big things out of him and for him to be a starter in 2026.

I'm happy to discuss mine and lil tone's disagreements face to face, at a Hy-Vee parking lot.
I'm trying to find a way to express that I will make tone experience the full force of the Happy Ending Society...but I can't do it without it sounding extremely gay lol.
I can't even comprehend why we would be interested in him. Dude had a total of 11 tackles in games last year, and didn't play in most games. He is short for a DT, he can't hold his hands above the average OL, and so I would doubt he has a good wingspan (needed to be effective inside). Overall is trash that we probably have better already on the roster.
Cracks me up every time I see his mug pictured under “expert”.

Whittington is the #3 ranked Freshman DL in all of P4 football (for players that meet the 200 minimum snap requirement).
Also the #3 ranked Freshman DL pass rusher (131st in all of college football).

Mongo used to work for Scout a long time ago. He actually was living in Texas and working for some telecom as a drone bee. Totally undependable then, which we all knew he would be, when he went to Ribalds, and OFF9.
Nothing in his statistics for tackles, sacks or TFLs indicates that level of ability, nor does his playing times or downs played. SO I have NO idea where you see that from ................
We're talking about a 6' 270 lb guy who is too short to be a 3 - 5 DT and too short to be a 0 - 3 guy and too light to be a 0 - 3 guy (under 290lbs). So where does he fit?????????????

Not only that, we probably can't accept his commitment because we're already over 6 transfers, right?
