Well put! On one hand, you had some geniuses on that staff. You also had several that were in way over their heads. It was surreal.
It was because of the guy leading them. BC is a great assistant but a horrible leader. That's why the Raiders imploded and NU unraveled under his watch. Also a good reason why no one has asked him to be a HC since.
