The main thing signaling this isn't the bottom for football is the continued lowering of expectations. I know that sounds counterintuitive but I think it signals that things can get much worse long-term.

I assumed basketball would have some bumps especially early. I think they will get much better as the season goes on.

I have come to grips that we will never return to the glory of the 90s. I’m thankful I got to see and experience it first hand.

I would rather pay a dedicated WR coach than special teams. I know I'm in the minority here but at the end of the day, you just need a better punter/kicker. Our special teams have been garbage because we have garbage specialists.
