I found most of that groups records:

Tim Polasek is at North Dakota State, the only school he has been an HC at since 2021, and is 26 - 3 in FCS
Corey Hetherman is a DC at Miami, and has never been a HC, and has only been a coordinator since 2024.

Not saying that these guys might not be good, but they have a ways to go before you can think of them coaching as a HC in a P4 school.

Interesting bit of info on psychopaths. There is a mutation on the X chromosome that is one of the causes of psychopathy. That mutation prevents serotonin from being properly uptaked in synapse. It appears that this is one of the causes of psychopaths not being able to feel empathy towards others.

Do you really want someone who feels no empathy .....

its why i labeled them "keep an eye on list"

the guys 3-5 years down the line who will be p2 head coaches or in line for p2 head coaches

I am also biased towards offensive minded head coaches because I feel thats my preferred blueprint in building a staff/team

I am actually a fan of Kinne and Eck, but more so Kinne.
