Beat Purdue, lose the rest. Frost makes assistant coaching changes, Turd and Frost point out how close they were to having a great season.

He stays on next year and goes 7-5/8-4 with a weak ass schedule and stays on for another 2-3 seasons till he is fired.

What if he loses the rest and then that still happens ?

He's staying. He will make some coaching changes after the year and go out and get a good jr/sr transfer QB from the portal. We will probably win 10-12 games next year and Frost will be our forever coach and all of the Frost haters will have to suck each others dicks under the school bleachers before they cry themselves to sleep every night

I'd be pretty excited if that happens. But I'd place the probability at about the same as me and Jim ending our blood feud, becoming life partners, and settling down to live out the end of our days in a cabin in Maine

More likely scenario is that you two end your blood feud, carry on a passionate adulterous love affair, and then settle down and live out the end of your days in a fixer upper house in the midtown area of Omaha or in the Benson area of Omaha with all of the other hippies

I mean that would be amazing. I just doubt it happens. If frost is retained, though, I’ll be cheering for him to win next year just like I will be the last four games of this season.

It's incredible the decision is even on the table Scott Frost is retainable. If Scott Frost is retained the administration is sending a CLEAR message that you aren't serious about winning.

How going into year 4, 6-6 or 5-7 is viewed is acceptable is ridiculous. The bar was lowered. The question for me is....why was that ever allowed?

I would be very shocked if we make a move after this year.... I would say 90% likelihood Frost is the coach next year.

Now I can't say the same for Austin, Mario or a few others on the offensive staff.

I do think my dark skinned brother has this right.

this year should be more than enough for him to make a decision.
Also, that is lip-service. He's be an idiot not to look at previous years to assess progress, and he doesn't seem like an idiot.
He seems very smart

This is why Ed Orgeron is already out (ok finishing the season but out). LSU didn't want Orgeron saving the season and going on a run and ending up 8-4 and then they can't fire him.

Love is love you bigot

Absolutely, I'm never not going to cheer for the Huskers to win. I just think if you don't even sniff a bowl in your 4th year in a division that isn't very good it's time for some pretty major changes.

If he is not evaluating all data to form a decision, he shouldn’t be in the AD role.
He basically came out and said Frost wasn't set up for success prior to him being here.

I tend to agree given what has been said about Moos. BTW that does not mean I think Frost is the guy... I just think he wasn't put in a position to succeed given how young of HC he was. JMO

Turd said at B1G media days that he isn't an AD to slap a win total on a coach. He said he is interested in seeing incremental sustainable improvement.

He has also been up there saying how proud he was of this team, coaches and of Frost. Turd seems like the guy that if he wanted to make a move he wouldn't say anything and just make a change after the season.

You could say the same thing for USC. They certainly were bit by him more than once on that.
