You can use an offshore Sportsbook like Bovada, mybookie, etc. There are tons of them out there, with Bovada being one of the highest rated and most “reliable”. Or you can use DraftKings, FanDuel, or Barstool and either use a VPN where you can set your location in a specified state where it is legal…or just drive across the border into Cockeye or Colorado (if you live close to the border) and place the bets.

Where in Nebraska are you? If you can't drive over the border to Cockeye or CO, you'll probably have to get a VPN to use a legit book, but im not even sure if that would work. Can always find an off-shore.
