Exactly I am firmly with @Poor_and_Stupid on the don’t buy the hype bandwagon. We are damn near rock bottom and it is going to take some incredibly good coaching to get us to a point where we aren’t hot garbage.

Turd just needs to fire everyone associated with the football program after Cockeye and start from ground zero. It's frustrating that MJ inherited a shit sandwich, but after today, he's not the answer as the HC even though he's probably one of the better recruiters we've had in a long time.
I hope that Turd has a plan in place with a few serious candidates lined up right now who can change this shit show around. Whoever it is, I hope by the end of year 1 they are turning the corner and with a competitive product in year 2. If there's not a coach named by 28 November, then Turd needs to shut down all men's sports and become an all-women's sports school.

At this point is 100% coaching.
I fucking despise the grapes in Manhattan KS, a program with a mere fraction of the resources and funds available in comparison to NU. They lose literally every recruiting battle to Nebraska when they go head to head.
They curb stomped a top 10 team with an ex QB of ours and the opposition is coached by a veteran HC that 75% of our fan base would yake in a heart beat.
