Nebraska defensive back Noa Pola-Gates has enters NCAA Transfer Portal​

Nebraska defensive back Noa Pola-Gates has entered the Transfer Portal, according to On3’s Matt Zenitz. He’s a former top-150 recruit who spent four years with the Huskers but played very sparingly, never appearing in more than three games in a single season. Now, he’ll use his remaining eligibility elsewhere.

Pola-Gates played high school football down at Gilbert (AZ) Williams Field, where he came out as a four-star prospect in the 2019 class, by the On3 Industry Rankings. He was also rated as the no. 135 overall player and the No. 3 prospect out of Arizona for his cycle.

For his career, Noa Pola-Gates has appeared in just seven games across four seasons, with only five total tackles to his name. Playing time ought to be a premium demand for him in the portal, you’d think. So, perhaps expect a move down to a smaller program for the veteran DB.
