Kids throw a monkey wrench in to the sex life for sure. We have had my wife's 29 yr old daughter and her 5 (FIVE!!) kids living with us the last year and a half. A 1 yr old, just turned 3, 4 yr old, 9 and 11 yr old. Plus her 18 yr old son and his 18 yr old friend (his friend has lived with us for the last 10 months as his parents and home life are a mess). The 1, 3 and 4 yr old are up with us 90% of the time.... meaning we have very little time or space to get our freak on. We also have my adopted daughters (from my previous marriage, I adopted her about 15 yrs ago, she is now 22) 4 yr old son with us about 3 days a week (this young boy lived with us full time for 9 months a couple years back, so our place is a 2nd home for him). Can be a pretty crazy house most of the time, but it is worth it. Still, sex life suffers some. Used to be at least 3 nights a week we did the deed, now 1 to 2, sometimes not even 1 some weeks. Is what it is as I am sure many of you have similar situations or experiences.

Not a brag.... 6000 sq ft. Full walkout basement has 3 large bedrooms, full bath, full large kitchen, very large great room (open floor plan), wood burning stove, large utility room with full wash/dryer hookups, etc. 2400 sq ft (on both/each of the basement and main floor levels which are basically mirror images of each other). Also a full double car garage on the bottom level, directly underneath the 30 x 30 dbl car garage on the main level. When I built my house 18 yrs ago, I did a suspended slab on the main level dbl car garage floor and have the same size garage directly under the main level garage. As a contractor/builder I did all of the work building the home myself (log styled home). Drew the plans (I always drew my own plans for every house, over 200 I have built) myself via cad I self taught myself to use enough to draw them on my computer). So yes, we have the room, but that is still a LOT of people in one house. Luckily we have a large 3rd floor master suite, 1200 sq ft worth of master suite, so we do have a place we can escape for some privacy, lol.
