NAIA has some good talented players, but very undersized. We joked it was a 6' and under league.

Morningside and Northwestern are essentially Class A, B, and C all-state level players. Teams like Concordia, Doane, Hastings will be 2nd team all state to all-conference/city level players. Generally speaking.

I assume you're not really serious but we need wins and we need them now. We don't have the luxury of redshirting a player like Raiola. Another losing season and any Rhule hype pretty quickly goes out the window and we're right back where we started.

Very nice guy but always wants to talk GPAC football with me because he knows I played ball at mside. I keep up with scores but that’s about it.

I’m 6’4” btw so I resent your 6’ and under league comment but also completely understand it. Lots of short lineman. Think our NG was 5’5” in cleats when I was there 01-05.

My opinion after watching film is that he is a very good athlete and doesn’t turn the ball over. He is a pretty accurate thrower, and that doesn’t have anything to do with how tall or short a DB is or what his skin color is. He will have to be a bit more conscious of ball placement.

Considering this, he is at least even with HH if not better. I still cringe when HH is going to throw the ball. I like HH attitude and toughness, but we did not have a QB on the roster last season who wasn’t turnover prone. That has changed with the possible exception of HH.

The good thing is our coaches will be seeing him all fall camp and they get to make the decision who is #2 QB. My opinion doesn’t matter a bit.
