To me the question is...
Is he good enough to be a back up that gives Haarberg a chance to play where he belongs at tight end.
No.

2 To play 1 I think
Feels like it's a move to set up the next move. I don't doubt this is part of his dream but if he can get Rhule to say good things about him as a player he can probably leverage that into a shot at some non-P2 school easier than he can making the jump from Orange CityHe will be an obvious redshirt because he will never play in more than 4 games anyway at Nebraska. FWIW though, I do hope Nebraska beats UTEP by 50 so this kid can come in an play week one.
If that happens, then his decision will absolutely be worth it. He's already won a National Title at that level, and he's already been the National Player of the Year. Maybe he could transfer to a D2 and get a lot more snaps. Who cares.
Really excited for him since he's an actual Husker fan from that pathetic State to the East.

At least now we have another option if something happens to Raiola where before we only had HH and another freshmen in Kaelin.I'm happy he gets to live out his dreams but if he plays a meaningful snap this year we're screwed
You know something and we want to hear details.he is fucking awesome

Is NAIA better than be highest level football in Texas and Georgia, etc.?
And yes, this is a serious question.
Are you my neighbor? He’s a white hat in the GPACI've officiated him and just went back and watched some of his games on Hudl. He's a hell of a player and athlete. I believe he played defense before moving over to QB for Northwestern and has been QB1 for only 1 season, sharing QB duties 2 seasons ago. It's the NAIA and played in the GPAC.
He's not going to be throwing against 5-10" 160 lb white DBs from Anselmo, Neb. He's good, but
