I would guess he will be the backup. Dean was saying that he would be the starter at a lower level school. Brings in some much needed experience in the QB room and also lets you redshirt Kaelin.

I assume you're not really serious but we need wins and we need them now. We don't have the luxury of redshirting a player like Raiola. Another losing season and any Rhule hype pretty quickly goes out the window and we're right back where we started.
