Gas grill, Smoker, or both?

Wraps the entire turkey? I’ve never tried that. Would make for some tender bird. I just inject with Tony charachies (I can’t spell and to lazy to google) roughly two days prior. Seperate the skin from the meat, put rub on it and toss it on at 235.
Spatchcocks it and lays the breast side down in the garlic butter. Says it's incredible.

GMG here, love the app and being able to set a cook pattern.

If your looking for built in to an outdoor kitchen type space traeger has better fit, but if your ok with just having an opening and putting the GMG in there, then GMG for sure when standalone.

The GMG shape works better for larger things like turkeys also.

I see mine for grilling as well as smoking, but I do use my Weber Genesis for grilling a lot also.

The peak prime 2 wifi version is a sweet setup.

Made my first thing on my new Traeger. Found the recipe for Jack Stack's Fire Kissed Wings. Tossed them in tub and smoked them at 180 for an hour. Then I tossed them in the butter sauced and put them back on for 6 minutes a side at 450. Turned out awesome!
