Sorry to report my Dell computer also had problems tonight. I followed the advice from Twitter to toggle Wi-Fi and that worked. Came to iPad to try it but now no problems. Bizarre how intermittent it is

I have had issues on iPhone and Mac, Safari on both. Haven't been able to get on at all on either since this afternoon unless I'm on VPN.

My solution would be to ban all the new members. We didn't have these issues before they got here.

Is there anyone on a desktop who can toggle between working and non-working by switching their connection? If so, try this:

Open a command prompt (Win+R -> cmd -> OK). Type in ping theplatinumboard.com and hit enter. On a good connection to the site, you should get four replies back. On a bad connection, I'm betting that you'll get four 'request timed out' messages.

If you get the request timed out messages, type in tracert theplatinumboard.com on the bad connection, then switch back to your good connection and copy & paste the results here.
