He did, it’s heartbreaking but Greg doesn’t have much time left. I’m sure he’d love to be there one last time but I would be shocked if he was healthy enough to travel.

I sure hope he gets to see them take this one home before he goes. It's so tough to hear about all this and having watched a family member (that was also a massive Husker fan) go through this, a win would mean so much to him I'm sure.

At the very least it’s nice he made it through this Christmas for him and his family to have one last one together. My uncle passed from cancer about 10 years ago two days after Christmas and i can tell you it’s nice to have them around one last time.

My family member made it long enough to see my wife and I get married and passed a month later. We were lucky to have the time we had. May they both rest in peace.
