Essentially a playoff team if winning didn’t matter.Kinda forgot about Fordham and was thinking 2-4... glass half full is we're not quite that bad lol
Fucked again by sucking. @B1G_10_Tony
OK that forward progress
I looked it up they were correct on awarding it to the receiving team. Special rule for scrimmage kicks (punts).
Rule 6-6B
What are your thoughts on the whistle not being blown for forward progress before Adrian’s fumble? Seemed like he had been stood up for a long time and the same thing happened the play before with Oliver Martin.OK that forward progress

Who is screwing NU? Maybe you should hire a private investigatorNot only was it uncatchable, what absolute bullshit. Cucks like @B1G_10_Tony who don’t watch the games and just bitch, this is the shit that they don’t see.
We get fucked week after week. So sick of it. Unbelievable.
I hate blaming the refs but we literally are. If we could get out of our own fucking way, it wouldn’t matter though.how about the shitty play calling the first half? The decision not to kick a FG from inside the 10 yard line and instead try to have AMart outrun a talented Michigan D?
how about the fact that this is exactly the same way that Frost’s teams have consistently lost games for four years and at some point, you’re responsible for that if you’re the head guy? Especially if you put all your eggs in the Adrian Martinez basket that consistently loses games for four years now?
blaming the refs is such a pussy move - either Nebraska is consistently picked on by refs for the last four years (10 years really) OR it has a shitty coaching staff that consistently under performs its talent level (which is going to nosedive after our 4th straight losing season).
Michigan’s rb ran the ball right after the turnover, had basically the exact same situation and they blew it dead for forward progress. What are your thoughts on the whistle not being blown for forward progress before Adrian’s fumble? Don’t forget the refs missed an illegal formation call on a touchdown for us. It goes both waysNot only was it uncatchable, what absolute bullshit. Cucks like @B1G_10_Tony who don’t watch the games and just bitch, this is the shit that they don’t see.

What exactly was Frost’s fault tonight? The shitty PI call that led to 7 for them at the end of the half?
Adrian fumbling after picking up a first down the last drive? Never ever getting a holding call against the opposing team, when multiple are blatant every game?
The same people would’ve been excited if before the season you told them that we had two one possession losses to top 10 teams where we had a chance to win it on the final drive. There wasn’t really anything that was a coaches fault last night. The problem is we have retards in our fanbase that are so simple in nature, view literally everything through a binary lens, and have zero grey area in their mind that after a night like last night they have to find something to blame. If they can’t blame talent it’s gotta be a coaching failure because what else is a moron that can’t think deeper going to blame?
We lost. It sucks. We played a good game against a top ten team and being that close sucks a lot.
Any moron that thinks Frost will be gone at the end of the year is absolutely out of his fucking mind.

I honestly believe that people are still upset about the Illinois game and are lashing out because of it. If we were 4-3 right now then nobody is but hung the way that they are.
Now, we lost to Illinois and that sucks. But anybody who’s being honest with themselves can see that this is a different team than we saw in week 0.

Minnesota last year was pretty bad. I'm not sure Illinois was worse. They're both bad.The Illinois loss is the worst one in the Frost era and there was no excuse to lose to that team that has proven to be shit. I don’t blame anyone for being upset about that loss even to this day. I still am myself.

Yeah it was bad for sure. Minnesota had their best player opting out for the year, down to 2nd and 3rd strings in multiple positions. But you're right. They had an NFL RB and WR. A reasonably decent QB that could have played a few other places. They're both really bad but those are fair points to make Illinois worse. You had all off-season to prepare for an Illinois team with zero talent that was breaking in a brand new staff that also had its starting QB go down early.
Looking back, it was totally flukey. But also worse than Minnesota. At least Minnesota had a couple of guys on their team last year that other schools in the conference would want.

What was your overall impression of tonight’s officials and some of the more controversial calls?
We certainly know that you won’t overthink itSame team that’s losing games. Don’t overthink it
