Frost PR Boner of the Week…

I love him so much. 1000 words of diatribe not a single verifiable fact

In my boredom and disinterest in this conference call, I did some searching around…

Turns out stormy enjoyed himself some nose beers back in the day.

So he's a jockey... A manlet.

The anger makes sense now.

He WAS a horse trainer and it looks like a pretty good one. I’m finding some pretty shady stuff. Looks like he had some pretty hardy drug and gambling problems. Might explain his insane mood swings where he goes completely off the deep end and gets a chub whenever someone mentions gambling on anything.

Would also explain why he *was* worth whatever he claimed to be worth

His name is Wade White and he said he was involved with the Diamond Head Ranch in the 80s?

Anderson testified to many business ventures that he has invested in.   Beginning in the early 1970's, he and a few doctors  purchased 1,000 acres of land in Cockeye and 1,200 cows.   In late 1979, Anderson and several other people each invested $10,000 into auto racing.   Anderson testified that he has not been involved with the auto racing business since 1987.   He also invested in and bred show horses.   Anderson testified that Diamond Head Ranches was formed in about 1980 and that the stockholders of the corporation were himself, Ilene, Wade White, and Trent may have been included as well.   He further testified that during the mid 1980's, Diamond Head Ranch, Inc., was formed and that White was not involved.   Anderson testified that the only stockholders of Diamond Head Ranch were Ilene and Trent.

The record is unclear, but it appears that at one time, the 320 acres of land located west of Lincoln, where Diamond Head Ranch has its headquarters, was owned by Anderson and Ilene.

That’s the exact case that I found. If you cross reference it to the newspaper article I found the names match.

We used to hate robotic coach speak. Now we have a guy who says what’s on his mind & he gets blasted.
if he’d be having success nobody would care & probably be giving him high fives for speaking the truth.
McCaffrey was a bitch the way he handled this.
Yes guys are leaving Nebraska to end up in way less comfortable spots. Leaving Nebraska to go to Florida Atlantic is like chosing to move out of Wilderness Ridge to move into AirPark bc ur tired of golf balls being hit in ur yard. What he’s saying isn’t wrong. Most of these guys aren’t improving their situations.
That’s pretty well stated.

But you’re seeing the framework:

I ask you a question.

You answer.

I may or may not like your answer.

I then say you don’t get to have an opinion on that topic until you accomplish something you can’t do right this very moment that’s irrelevant to the subject that you were originally asked a question about.
Or we can recognize that things go beyond singular instances and trends do exist. We can (and many have in this thread) recognize no good can come from commenting on exes in public and expect the leader of our football program to be smart enough to know this.

We can also stop treating our 4th year coach who is 12-20 with kid gloves.

I want SF to be confident and honest but maybe not in a way that makes the rest of the country think he’s delusional and prone to throwing kids under the bus.

Not sure how that helps Nebraska. This is obviously a nothing-burger but it’s not treated as such when it’s coming from Nebraska’s HC. That’s just the state of things currently so why play into it?

Facts are facts man. Not only Luke but also Keyshawn Greene or however you spell his name are doing the same thing. Even if Frost re-words it to make it sound better for PR, that doesn't change what these kids are doing. Shit I saw Breon Dixon on the portal post on twitter a couple weeks ago. Going to his like 4th different school in 5 years. Frost is spittin facts. Sorry if people don't like it, doesn't change reality.

Facts are facts only when you agree with them I guess.

Do you honestly think anyone outside of Nebraska and the Mccaffreys honestly give a fuck about this today?

So Luke isn't headed to his 3rd school then just to be guaranteed a starting spot? That isn't actually happening? Greene isn't headed to his 3rd school either?

Let’s add in the fact that kids like Wandale knew exactly where they were going before they entered the portal.

Or the fact that graduation rates drop when kids transfer.

Two very newsworthy things that Frost said that Sherman could have mentioned that are facts. But Sherman wouldn’t get his clicks then.
