I mean his record here is worse than Nebraska's all time record vs top 3 teams
He has now coached 50 games against Big Ten competition since taking over in Lincoln three years ago.
His record is 5-45.
To put that in perspective, consider this comparison. Nebraska basketball has played 49 games all time against teams ranked Nos. 1, 2 or 3 in the country. Its record is 7-42.
Numbers as of 1/28/22
Chatelain: Huskers' many losses aren't the biggest problem. It's how they lose
Fred Hoiberg is now 5-45 in Big Ten play with 16 straight defeats against major-conference foes. But the number of losses isn't the biggest problem, Dirk Chatelain writes, it's howomaha.com
I looked up the stat. It is actually Fred's B1G play only vs Nebraska's all time record vs top 3 teams. This can’t be true..
I added it to the original post.
