Hoiberg is the one that completely perplexes me. We know he has a very high basketball IQ and everyone agrees is a great basketball mind. The issue has been lack of proper roster management. I don't fault Turd for giving him another year, you can look at the buyout at #1 but you can also look at his HS classes last year and this year. Literally 2 of the best classes to ever sign at NU. If we can hit on a couple of the Freshmen and develop them like he should have done the last 3 years we could become respectable.
