I think this is more of a "we're going to look at both the offense and the defense because there are opportunities for improvement in both areas" rather than both coordinators are leaving.

Also worth noting that one person is scratching to get back into coaching and one person is a happily retired almost 70 year old

maybe he’ll tell Tony to stop rushing only 3-4 guys on 3rd down and running a zone behind it, then subsequently giving up a 1st down. Really only critique of Tony is his 3rd down D.

D could also improve on identifying corners but thats on the whole staff. Im sure there are other minor things but defense is the least of the concerns.
