Fireball - lottery (any interest?)

Just wanted to gauge interest as it's something I do on another board and thought it might be fun to implement.

Basically- we do a daily, weekly, whenever lottery game based on the Illinois fireball numbers. Each person pays for a number 0-9. For example each person pays $10 and gets their name on a number, then when Illinois draws their fireball numbers whoever has the number drawn last wins. So in this example if everyone paid $10 per number the winner would take the entire $100. We could find a way to do smaller games with better odds too. Would anyone do this?

Basically everyone pays for a number 1-10 then we use someway to randomly draw one number and that person gets the pot
