At the time Frost got hired he was given an upper end salary and solid money for a coaches pool and completely failed, so we really didn’t go cheap last time. I’m more against the buddy hires which has been happening too long.

Agreed. What I meant is bring in top echelon assistants and pay what is necessary. Frost brought his buddies in and paid them well vs. top echelon assistants.

There were probably only 2 people that even deserved to come with him from UCF. Futhermore, he should've terminated some of these guys much sooner.
